1. Simply look through the Calendar below and see if your preferred date is available. A coloured bar in a day indicates an existing booking, hover your cursor over any coloured bar for further information to appear.
2. Then use the Enquiry form below to contact us with your request - make sure that having completed the required fields you then click on Send Form, after which you should get a screen confirming that we have received the enquiry. If you would prefer us to call you, please state that preference. We aim to respond within two working days - please check your email spam/junk folders as sometimes our responses end up there.
3. We will contact you in order to complete any necesary formalities, and once made your booking will appear on the calendar.

We also now have a small bouncy castle which is available for Hire separately, for use either at a Hall event or at a private Valley address. The cost is £25 per Hire.
There are NO hidden extra costs - the Hire charge includes all heating and electricity and full use of the kitchen including all crockery, glassware and cutlery (please download an inventory). You may be asked to provide a Damages Deposit in addition to the Hire charge, depending on the nature of the event.
