How can I book?

All our bookings are taken online where you can also check availability. We take full payment at the time of booking. You will receive a booking confirmation please check all details are correct and if you need any special requirements please write these in the notes section.

How long before my event do I need to book?

Please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. During peak periods we can get fully booked very quickly. This said, you can book online as late as 24hours before your event, providing we have availability. In the 24 hour period before your event you can make a booking over the phone, again providing we have availability. In extreme circumstances, if you contact us by phone on the day of your event, we will do our very best to try and accommodate you. For bookings less than 24hour before the event we add a £20 surcharge.

Do you take a deposit? How do I pay?

We now only take full payment when booking due to the high volume of none payments every booking will receive a VAT Invoice.

How long does it take to set up and dismantle?

It takes approximately 10mins for us to set up and dismantle depending on the access and size of the inflatable.

Are your products for indoor or outdoor use?

Most of our products are versatile and can be used indoor or outdoor. As a general rule any castle priced under £80 fit indoors of most places. Please check our venues page where you can see actually what fits in your chosen hall. We have a shower cover available to hire that fits our rodeo bull and many of the garden games.

What power is needed?

One 13amp plug socket for each electrical product. We will supply a 25m lead for outside use, longer leads can be hired from us if needed. If there is no access to power we can also hire out generators.

How much does an inflatable cost to run in electric?

A lot less than you may think! Approximately £5 per 12hours (depending on your supplier and rates)

What if I have booked for outdoor use and there is bad weather on the day?

If you would like to cancel due to bad weather forecast then we ask that this decision is made no later than 48hours before your delivery. If cancelled after this time there will be a standard charge of £30. If you don't cancel until we arrive then a full payment will be due or if already paid no refund will be issued.

What are the hire times?

We are flexible with hire times, whether you need a product for a couple of hours or all day (8 hours), we will meet your needs. If you require more than 8 hours you can add extra hours when booking these are £10 per hour or if they are after 8pm £20 per hour.

Can we hire overnight?

This a possibility but may occur additional charges.

Are you fully insured?

We are fully insured and have public liability up to £5million per person.

Do you supply supervisors with your inflatables?

No, unless stated in the items description. If you require staff, we can supply, In which case we will send out a fully trained, uniformed member of staff and charge an hourly rate.
