Cancellation policy
Once you have placed your order with Megabounce you have entered into a contract with us. However we do undertake that things change and cancellations are needed from time to time. We have outlined our cancellations terms below and feel these are very reasonable. Megabounce put this policy in place to protect both yours and our interests and to ensure our expenses are covered. We don't look to make any money out of cancellation.
Weather
If you would like to cancel due to bad weather forecast then we ask that this decision is made no later than 48hours before your delivery. If cancelled after this time there will be a standard charge of £30. If you don't cancel until we arrive then a full payment will be due or if already paid no refund will be issued.
Covid Cancellation
If you need to cancel due to covid for a positive test result or due to isolation there is no charge but we do need at least 24hours notice if not the a full charge will be applied. As we don't charge for any admin for cancellation due to covid we do ask if you would honour the booking on a different date but this is not compulsory.

Unsuitable location
Unsuitable power
Unsuitable access
Animal mess (example dog poo)
If you have double booked us and another company
All sizes, dimensions, electrical requirements and ground types are clearly dison our website.
If we need to cancel
we never cancel lightly as this is our main livelihood and we value our reputation for providing a great safe service. But in the event of unforseen circumstances a full refund will be given. This could be due to the following.
Staff illness
Breakdown of delivery vehicle
A road accident
A damaged inflatable ( a replacement would be offered 1st.)
Any unforseen event which h prevents us form getting to you.
We will only cancel outside hires if the wind speed is forecasted over 24mph or heavy rain all day. If this is the case we will give you a full refund.
